1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using xAI Lens ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. The Platform is provided in beta status and may change, suspend service, or terminate features without notice.

2. Platform Description

xAI Lens is an AI-powered trading strategy analysis and backtesting platform. The Platform provides tools for analyzing historical market data, testing trading strategies, and viewing performance metrics. The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

3. XGold — Platform Credits

XGold is a non-monetary, non-transferable internal credit used exclusively within the xAI Lens platform to access premium features such as advanced AI analysis.

• XGold is received as a gift in appreciation of voluntary donations to support the platform's development and operations.
• XGold is not a currency, security, token, or financial instrument.
• XGold has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or transferred.
• Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and made solely to support the platform.
• The Platform reserves the right to adjust XGold balances, rates, or terms at any time.
• XGold balances may expire or be forfeited upon account termination.

4. Donations

Users may make voluntary donations to support the xAI Lens platform via cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT on Solana). These donations are:

• Voluntary — no user is required to donate to use basic features.
• Non-refundable — once confirmed on the blockchain, donations cannot be reversed.
• Not purchases — donations are not payments for goods or services. XGold credited is a token of appreciation.
• Donors acknowledge that donations confer no ownership, equity, or voting rights in the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: xAI Lens is NOT a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

• All backtesting results, strategy analyses, and performance metrics are for educational and informational purposes only.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtesting uses historical data and may not reflect real market conditions.
• Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
• The Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account, at its sole discretion, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abusive behavior, harassment, or spam
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or compromise the Platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform

Account termination results in permanent loss of all data, XGold balances, and access. No refunds or compensation will be provided.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and code on the Platform are proprietary. Users retain ownership of their custom strategies but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to process them for backtesting.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, xAI LENS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xAI Lens, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
